Jeff Gray took our tour director certification course at the very end of 2019, positioning himself with fantastic training…right at the moment when covid-19 struck. And so he pivoted quickly to an old love of his, baking! He is making incredible cakes, and by simply posting them on Instagram, he became a contestant on a nationwide baking competition TV show!
